Jubans Marketing Transformation

My team and I spent the semester evaluating Jubans Restaurant and Bar. The project featured a comprehensive customer analysis, a detailed SWOT assessment, and a strategic marketing plan tailored to the brand’s key objectives. Key components included pricing strategies and methods, a Product/Service/Offering (P/S/O) framework, an integrated marketing communications plan, and a promotional strategy. I also designed and distributed a digital survey to local residents, and conducted an analysis of the results. This included the calculation of Jubans’ Net Promoter Score (NPS) to assess customer loyalty and satisfaction.
