
Deliverable: Jubans Restaurant and Bar
My team and I developed a strategic marketing plan for Jubans Restaurant and Bar, a well-established dining destination in the heart of Baton Rouge, LA. This 87 page document begins with a situational and market analysis to assess industry trends, consumer behavior, and Jubans’ competitive positioning. We evaluated their current marketing strategies and brand identity, then established objectives that focused on increasing the brands customer base, sales revenue, and enhancing digital presence. We further developed our own strategy and tactics to achieve these objectives.
