Social Media Competitive Analysis

My team and I had the opportunity to interview and evaluate Amaya Messier, a beach volleyball athlete at LSU, as part of a strategic marketing project. Our objective was to identify effective strategies for increasing Amaya’s NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) opportunities and strengthening her relationships with potential partners. We developed a comprehensive campaign that included an in-depth analysis of her current performance metrics, benchmarked against key competitors. The campaign features recommendations for growth, as well as insights into competitor activity and content strategies.
